MiMo Center

In their first collaborative project as Prive Group, principals Javier Rabinovich & Mariano Karner set forth to bring a bold and innovative retail building to Miami’s MiMo Historic District.


Prive Group ventured into the East Edgewater area in 2010 with a bold effort to establish a significant land position in what is now one of Miami’s most desirable areas for development. Through an intricate assemblage of 12 choice parcels taking nearly 3 years, Prive has amassed 1.71 acres East of Biscayne Boulevard, between 24th and 25th street.

Aventura District

In 2014 Prive Group was able to secure one of the last large development parcels in the Aventura area. Located on 191st street and West Dixie highway, this former concrete manufacturing facility encompasses 4.85 acres and holds entitlements for up to 291 residential rental units along with 50,000 square feet of commercial and or hotel.

Forum Park

Sitting just north of Miami Gardens Boulevard on West Dixie Highway, this 1.32-acre assemblage of two individual parcels is a prime commercial development site. Prive Group has secured entitlements for a mixed-use project of up to 250,000 gross buildable square feet ensuring it will be the location of a class “A” commercial development in the near future.

Forum Aventura
